لفت انتباهي دعوة وجهها احدهم على أحد مواقع الانترنت لاعتماد شعار عام 2010 بدون رشوة على التوازي مع خطة نمو 7-8 % عام 2010 التي اطلقتها الحكومة.
انه هدف رائع ولنعمل جميعاً لتحقيقه بطريقة بسيطة جداً:
الامتناع الطوعي عن دفع الرشوة حتى ولو تأخرت أعمالنا وتعرقلت، وباللجوء إلى الطرق والقنوات القانونية حصراً.

أمر أخر مهم جداً :
من الواجب علينا اعتماد التشهير بالمرتشين والفاسدين، والوسائل الحديثة ومنها الانترنت تسهل الأمر.
بانتظار أن تأخذ السلطة الرابعة دورها الفعلي في هذا المجال من خلال البحث الميداني ونشر التحقيقات الجريئة مع نشر الأسماء الحقيقية.

Syria and Syrian should not have to wait untill 2010 to have dignety in dealing with goverment apparatus,bribery in goverment dealing is coming from poor payed employee need bribery to have desent living and take care of their children,and please do not depend on their morals alone to correct that problem,govement employee should have desent salary that can live from and take care of their families,should have good benifit ie health insurance for the and their families,life insuranc for them to take care of their families if they die,these should be don immedietly the you ban bribery with punishment by fine probably 100 syrian pound for fist offense and more after with potential of firing from his job for gov employee if continue the fine should be for the employee and the citizen undercover police detective with cameras and audio will try to bribe gov employees the prosecute them in public that will teach everybody having a locked box for suggestions and complains opened by a comity of the high manegers who are not in contact with the people directly with that system the employees andthe people are guirding each other against bribery,this plan will correct low level corruption,just remember GOOD LIVING WAGE)for this to work,naim nazha MD
أنا مع فكرة المراقبة كمرحلة أولى للقضاء على الرشوة, أما الأنترنت فقد يساهم بشكل أفضل وأوسع ما لم تكن الاتهامات كيدية. الحل الأفضل برأيي هو معاقبة المرتشي مهما كان دافعه ومهما كانت قيمة الرشوة صغيرة
